New job

I feel a fair payback to O'Reilly would be for Trumpt to put him on staff.

Now there's an idea! Hire O'Reilly as co-press-secretary to Spicer, and the 2 could mount a bad cop/dumb cop routine that would make the Marx brothers jealous...
Ah, 'Murica, fount of creativity and entertainment

So is it the case that some ladies get mega-bucks as a pay-off; perhaps O'Reilly gets mega bucks as a pay-ff and no-one goes to jail for a criminal offence, which is only alleged?

Seems to be a lot of those accusations flying around at the moment, not to say they are untrue. It sure looks like an easy way to career advancement and a large cheque though!

As King Kong discovered, the higher you climb the farther you fall.
So long, Bill, I stopped watching your packaged rudeness years ago.
He got his start some decades ago as an actual journalist. What he turned into was "a personality."
I like the idea of him as Trump's press secretary. Entertainment potential abounds.

I'm not sure my employer would cough up $13M to fend off "unsubstantiated" allegations over the years. It also takes a special mindset to confuse career advancement with predatory sexual behavior.

Yeah, I'm sure the Murdochs would fire one of their big names AND shell out $13 mill based only on 'accusations'..

edit: beaten to it

If you brought sufficient revenue into your employer they would.

As flame throwers go, Bill O was pretty mild.

Almost appropriate: he got fired a day before Hitler's birthday, April 20, 1889.

Twenty One Years on top is a very admirable achievement.

Even if true what is alleged....how does that compare to Bill Clinton, Anthony Weiner, and a host of Liberals?

Another tantrum throwing bully of technical staff (seen more than enough of those behind the scenes in telly-land).
Thick - really no more than a reading aloud expert.
And about as charismatic as Brian Fantana.
Good riddance.

Couldn't agree more. I watched this man turn from a sensible, conservative radio talk show host into the bloated, egotistical, oxycodone addicted fat b*tch that he is now.

Producers have a lot of input, that's all I'll say.

But it must be tough at Fox right now.

Exec 1: "So, who are we gonna get to say all this shite?"

Exec 2: "Don't know, monkeys like O'Reilly don't come along every day."

Exec 3: "Let's just give that Trump guy a mic in his office. Maybe a camera, too. Think he'd like it?"

SAS,

The ass grabbing and sexual harassment is just icing on the cake. This is a guy who would have been a perfect press secretary for Adolf, except we haven't had one who would have him.

This man has been spewing hatred, discord and borderline treasonous statements for years, at the behest of his producers and employers.

He's truly the lowest common denominator when it comes to talking heads in our media.

Cheers!
Ray

Reminds of an email just in.

TRUMP AND THE POPE

President-Trump invited the Pope for lunch on his yacht, the Pope accepted and during lunch, a puff of wind blew the Pontiff's hat off, right into the water.

It floated off about 50 feet, then the wind died down and it just floated in place.

The crew and the secret service were scrambling to launch a boat to go get it, when Trump waved them off, saying "Never mind, boys, I'll get it."

The Donald climbed over the side of the yacht, walked on the water to the hat, picked it up, walked back on the water, climbed into the yacht, and handed the Pope his hat.

The crew was speechless. The security team and the Pope's entourage were speechless.

No one knew what to say, not even the Pope.

But that afternoon, NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC and CNN all reported:

"TRUMP CAN'T SWIM!"
