Definitely a substantial number of potential Darwin Awards in the movie link that Kulverstukas posted, and one definite award in the last few seconds of the frames.

India Four Two re Right of Way at sea

Nicely caught about the name, "Nap Tyme". The damage looks minimal but I hope that in addition to a whopping fine he's also sued for whiplash/broken wrist by whoever was steering while he was in the head (or as another poster's suggested, was giving him head) and, lastly, that the underlying damage makes the boat a write-off.

The conceit of "wind over power" still exists in some areas, even in restricted waters, and it wasn't unusual where I used to live for a tiny sailboat to expect a tanker to alter course to let him pass. Back then I used to race and once watched aghast while a Hobie 14 crossed under the bow of a ship that called frequently at the port and whose master was an old friend. Most of us have seen that smooth mound of a wave over a ship's bulbous bow, and it looks fairly small and inoffensive from a distance. I was around 100m away and had already altered course to let the ship pass. The bow wave just picked the Hobie up like a cork and sent it flying to port. My last glimpse was of a mast at a 45 degree angle, headed skywards at speed.

I knew the Hobie driver was just a kid and, as the tanker's hull slid past, my feelings were a combination of dread for what I'd find when I'd rounded his stern and white-hot anger at the kid's parents and at his club for their lack of basic training in an elementary area of seamanship.

The tanker passed and there was the Hobie, in stays but miraculously upright, the kid a bit dazed but angry at the ship for not having given way. Later that day or the next my friend on the tanker described his view, and his relief at seeing the Hobie emerge from under his port bow upright.

Even after the event, the dummy didn't realise that staying in the snow would have reduced his injuries....

"This should be fun"?!
What!
That man should not be allowed to be behind the wheel of a car, operate machinery of any description or in fact be in charge of anything. He clearly has no judgement capabilities whatsoever. Lunatic..
