Okay, this is really, really weird.
A couple of minutes ago, I was spammed instantaneously on my e-mail by five different people, sending six e-mails about this movie that has caused all the trouble in the Middle East.
Five people/addresses that I have never heard of. Needless to say I promptly put the six e-mails into my spam folder, not about to open them.
Anybody else, or am I special?
Oh, I can still provide the e-mail addresses if anybody desires.

I don't know, but next time I wish they'd leave me off the list.

had loads of them in the last few days just delete them
very tempting to think that was the whole point of the exercise: to see how many people could be infected through massive social engineering

On the up side, how many of Barry's supporters will open the file to see what their main dude was complaining about.

Very true, but one does wonder just which viewpoint is being represented by the person or person behind this automated spam release?
But I didn't wonder enough to open any of them to find out, so as you said, I deleted them, well transfered them to my spam folder so I could later report them to my IP, like that will do any good.

Naw, none of them had @whitehouse.gov on them, if they had, that would have got my attention, big time.
They all ended with @mail.com.
Well, here's a clue, kind of;

Apparently she did not share my sense of humour.

Just in case you are confused, @agreno.gov was Attorney General Janet Reno's e-mail address when I worked for the Department of Justice.
But that's okay, when I got the first one, I thought it was someone from the Department of
Ag riculture writing me.
Boy, was I wrong.

I got who you meant CP.. it was an irony joke at Reno dept of agriculture..
though even more ironic is the concept of any culture in Reno.. the city i mean.
J. Reno blotted her copy book with me on her crass comments about 135 operators. - there's no smiley for steam out of the ears
