As we are showing more recent photos......
A couple of old aviators getting ready to thrill the ladies* with tales of daring do.
Oh, I'm the tall one on the left. Ignore the Vegas sign, inside joke.
* As the ladies in question are our wifes, our tales are completely ignored.

Older? Yes! and still crazy enough to lamb in the middle of winter. My right arm is completely useless below freezing temperature and I'm watching/praying the ewe will not require an assistance with her second lamb. Pulling a lamb with one arm is not an easy task.

I used to be on here as barkly but something happened to the profile and it wouldn't let me log on so I re-registered in my REAL NAME.
This is me:
It is a self portrait taken with my E620 with a remote (in my right hand) at sunset today. I am holding one of my favourite film cameras which I still use.

Up the Saigon river to Nha Be South Vietnam in 1970. Went twice as unofficial Huey pax over Rung Sat. Sowed the seeds of GA in my mind ... turned out I opted for fixed wing instead.

Kev, what a really nice story. Agreed that we need to get these stories written down while we still can.
