Republicans hold U.S. ATC system upgrade hostage to union busting

A bill moving through congress to replace the aging air traffic control system in the U.S. contains, in the Republican supported house version, a provision that would curb the right of airline employees to unionize (see 4th paragraph). Do we see a pattern here?

My crystal ball sees this thread headed to Jet Blast.

Presumably those who voted GOP last fall are willing to sleep in the bed they made for themselves.

Makes little difference what party is in charge when it comes to congress business of allocating funds. Politics is the bussiness of politicians and the way that funds are allocated so it's a No-news day to begin with.

If the reader doesn't like what they read, just vote the next time and be done with it. The news simply points out in a black and white fashion who's on what side of the aisle.
