Identify Beethove String Quartet

I have 2 pieces labeled:
03 string quartet no.16 in f major (3:38)
and
in f major, h 34 allegro moderato (6:06)

Could be Op 18, 59, or his final. Anybody know, or is there a way to tell?

Op. 18 No.3 is in D major and B flat major:
No3, Op18, No3

Op. 59 No 3 is in A minor:
No9, Op. 59, No3

I think you have String Quartet No 16, Op. 135:
Op 135

Mr Lenehan is right.

String quartet No 16 is opus 135

h 34 is a transcription of something else, a string work but not sure what.
