For some pretty stunning helicopter photos, I suggest a trip over to the Rotorheads forum. It won't be a quick visit, though. You'll likely be hooked by the 200 pages of mostly amateur--and remarkable--helicopter shots.

It’s a popular photograph – a brilliant blue Earth gently hovering against a pitch-black space with Africa as its focal point. This famous picture spawned the `blue marble’ description of Earth, was taken in 1972 and is still the most frequently requested photo of Earth from NASA archives.
The photographer? Dr. Harrison Jack Schmitt, an Apollo 17 astronaut who is the last man to have stepped on the moon. Schmitt spoke of his journey and his hopes for NASA’s future on March 13 at Space Center Houston. The lecture included a question-and-answer session and book signing as part of the newly created Space Center Lecture Series.
