Dirty Tricks Dept

So Boris Johnson's deputy has resigned due to certain things in his past which have 'suddenly' come to light, but which apparently the CofE could have said about but didn't.
Now I remember many years ago when Sir Horace Cutler was leader of the old GLC; what happened to him? Well Ken Livingstone was deputy leader and somehow (I forget how) forced Cutler to resign so he (Ken) became leader.
Now Ken has been democratically ousted, what's to stop him digging up the sh1t to try to discredit Boris, just as he did with Sir Horace?

Sir Horace Cutler was the Conservative leader of the GLC. When his party lost control of the council in the 80s, the Labour Party under Andrew McIntosh were voted in. A short while after the election, Ken Livingstone staged a palace coup, forced McIntosh out of office and took on the job himself.

Now the Oyster card system, one of Ken's favourite projects, has gone down. Could this be a deliberate ploy to wreck the finances of TFL?
