Thumbs up A day out for all on Jet Blast.

Everyone of us on JB has virtually been transported on a day out. We're all there. Every single person who frequents JB has made it.

What happens next is a detailed transcript of the shenanigans....

"What goes on tour"

"Stays on tour"

One likes ones trips to the HK Sevens and other away days , usually rugby influenced.....

but ones trap stays firmly shut when one and ones muckers return home.
And photys of the incriminating type are usually deleted at the final court hearing of said trips...under threats of dire consequences

Yer forgot the refreshments Colmac.... playing sevens is a hard job with lots of running...therefore inducing the need for lots of beers. This is also part of the more social side of the game!!.
Fifteen minutes each way beer at half time, more beer at full time.....and perhaps a beer or two to relax the players before the game....later, when the game is over, the players may wish to partake of a social beer with their opposite numbers. Of course the officials will need a certain amount of hospitality so perhaps a beer or two may be taken with the referee...who we always adress as sir, and then there are the touch judges, and the person who marks out the pitch, and the club president, and secretary, and chairman, and of course if it is played on sand the dust will need to be damped down....very dusty is sand when it is being kicked about by fourteen gentlemen.

What time is kick-off???

Frostbite, looks like you're in luck, planeenglish seems to have taken that over.

Steaks are on the BBQ. A beer for the cook please, and a glass of white wine for the lady who is not here.

How'd I get pamper patrol? Always the woman's job. Sheesh!

Bartender, I'll have one of those tropical drinks, you know the kind that comes served in the shell of a watermelon with lots of straws and flagged toothpicks....

Thanks,
PE
