Unable to find the exact quote online, but The Times ( UK version ) had an article about some Home Office towers which are to be demolished and replaced with some nice new buildings.. .. .Article describes how cr*p the old buildings are, and goes on to say "The seventh floor offices occupied by the Home Secretary, currently David Blunkett, have the best views of all, over Horseguards Parade, Whitehall . .. ". .. .Doesn't say David Blunkett is actually blind.
