"Every 55 minutes there is a serious gun crime somewhere in Great Britain".

Exactly what type of crime involving a gun is not serious??

" Police are seeking a car seen near the scene late last night. They have no details of the vehicle other than it had its headlights on"

That should narrow it down a bit then?.
