Rivoluzione Ryanair, annuncio di O'Leary: "Con 10 euro si volerà negli Usa"

E' da tanto che se ne parla, oggi un altro annuncio.
Tariffe low cost EU-USA al netto di cibo, bagagli e quant'altro.
Difficile viaggiare su lungo raggio senza bagaglio da stiva, senza mangiare e bere. Piu difficile quindi praticare prezzi predatori, sarà interessante.

Dopo 2ore su un aereo ryan, mi devono portare in carrozzina perché perdo l'uso delle gambe....figuriamoci dopo 10 ore!!! manco morto ci vado....nemmeno gratis!

gli equipaggi si pagano già gli alberghi , il cibo a bordo, i simulatori semestrali , le divise, i tesserini, le visite mediche etc etc
Dubito che tu possa insegnare nulla di innovativo a MOL.

senza offesa ... se la cosa va in porto, manca solo l'obbligo di fare Londra/NY e ritorno con un solo pieno di carburante ...

Shinner non ti stai inventando nulla, da quel che mi dicevano una certa compagnia italiana già vendeva i letti del Crew rest....

Shinner non ti stai inventando nulla, da quel che mi dicevano una certa compagnia italiana già vendeva i letti del Crew rest....
In effetti una nota compagnia italiana "prevalentemente" charter, ha sempre avuto l'abitudine di vendere i crew rest degli equipaggi (non lettini, quindi non so se sia la stessa) come "poltrone comfort in classe economica", in tutti i voli in cui non fossero espressamente destinati, secondo FTL, al personale di bordo.

Venne fatto notare che il comportamento era illegittimo, in quanto l'Operation Manual prevedeva che questi fossero vendibili solo come ultimi posti disponibili a bordo, mentre gli stessi venivano puntualmente assegnati anche quando la cabina non era piena.
Senza mettere fine all'odiosa pratica, la compagnia promise, in effetti, di approfondire la questione.....

....a memoria d'uomo non si ricorda modifica più rapida ad un O.M. che abbia permesso di togliere ai dipendenti anche quest'ultimo evanescente appiglio.

solo due charter italiane hanno avuto i crew rest (degni di tale nome, i lettini insomma) quella del rivale di Hunt o l'altra? (mi sa l'altra eh)

Ryanair (FR, Dublin Int'l) CEO Michael O'Leary has admitted that his airline has no firm plans to begin transatlantic flights owing to a lack of what he termed "affordable" aircraft. Speaking in London, O'Leary told Travelmole that any transatlantic flights would be operated by a sister brand, which is still "4 or 5 years away".

O’Leary blamed the delays on Middle Eastern carriers whom he accused of buying up long-haul aircraft in such quantities as to limit the market.

“We would like to fly to the US, with fares of €10 going and $10 coming back,” he said.

In the interim, Ryanair's head of corporate travel and groups Lesley Kane has confirmed the LCC's plans to expand into Russia, Israel and Turkey.

"We are talking to new airports, a lot of which are key business airports, some of which are in totally new markets which are actively looking to encourage Ryanair to fly there," said Kane.

In order to promote growth, Kane said Ryanair would be looking to increase its frequencies to major airports to capture a greater share of the higher-spending business travel market.

With 175 aircraft on order, Ryanair intends to serve over 110 million passengers by 2019.

Non si trovano aeromobili perchè concorrrenti mediorientali ne comprerebbero a vagonate tali da non lasciare nulla sul mercato ?
