I would like to ask you whether these two carriers would also take other italian airline staff ( eurofly ) for free, would this also apply to their international flights?

You can jumpseat on any domestic Air One flight with just your Eurofly ID.
For international flights you would need a ticket (zed) but if you come to the aircraft and ask the Captain for a jumpseat you can easily get lucky.
For the reciprocal agreements you better ask your company.
