Cathay's advance entry scheme and Susi air are pretty much all I can think of.

If you have an ATPL though I guess you could go pretty much anywhere. Why not fly for a European airline for a few years then move out?

Do you think it is possible to be hired in a European airline when you finish ATPL?

Someone knows of a European airline that accepts pilots to do TR.
