EnterAir Poland Based.....interview invitation...
Hello,
I ve sent documents to EnterAir on 30.11.2016
I just had a phone call and e-mail from EnterAir and invitation for an interview on Monday 05.12.2016 at 12:00.
I am looking for any I mean ANY information regarding the selection process.
Does Any current CPT, FO, or anyone had any selection experience?
What ATPL question I can expect? How to prepare?
Any advice will be helpfull....Please.

40 year old . 305TT fATPL, Modular from Stapleford Flight Centre UK
I am Polish, grown up in Silesia, 30min drive to KTW, not TR (not reach enough
and I am not willing to pay TR without min 3years Job offer)
I am currently working for EZY as Cabin crew UK based.
But of course, Flight deck is that where I feel like at home.
Hoping to go back to PL asap.
Therefore I am looking for any information regarding a selection process and any hints what to refresh before Monday the 5th Dec?

are you Local, Polish? and type rated or you have to pay the TR?
Need to give this information in order to get more useful information from the people.

Hello Giertom1,
I did some rotation in Polan from Katowice and I met some of the Enter Air crew.
What I know is that they have some Contractors Captains, nice CC girls
, nice Uniform, and charter flights.
I know they require the TR on the 737 but I know as well as that they do some training to the NTR but I think this is a sort of P2f cause they will ask you money for TR + LT .
Assessment:
generally speaking My friend in every Company yuo will join you need to know the basics...as you are not type rated, IR knowledge is a must (fuel, planning, Alternates,holding, Notam, Met ...Etc), Performance, Meteo..etc.
Then maybe there will be a English test, some Psycometric test or a variety of test then some HR behaviour/attidute Interview, and maybe a SIM check.
Sim check again, if not type rated, no emergencies!
normal flight, manouvers Low flight, Interceptind a radial, Holding, Ils/Vor and land.
Why you don't ask them, it's not a shame!
