Jet Airways - Expat Direct Entry Captain Interview

Hi guys and girls...

I have an upcoming screening date for DEC 737 NG with Jet Airways. What should I expect? Standard panel interview followed by a standard sim check? Are there specific "hot topics" for this interview? Culture, CRM, technical, procedures, etc? And how is the DGCA medical?

Any info from pilots flying for Jet or elsewhere in India would be greatly appreciated!
