I just opened up Monarch group careers and they had this listed:
Job Requirements
· Candidates should have a minimum of 1500 hours turboprop or jet time
· UK ATPL or willingness to convert to UK ATPL
· Commercial or military flying experience
· Impeccable safety standards
· Customer Service focus
· Ability to live within 90 minutes of your base location
Does anyone know what the recruitment process is like? From what i remember they hire direct out of CTC.
