CTC AQC/Wings selection - technical interview questions
Can anyone provide details on the type of technical questions CTC are likely to ask at the AQC selection interview (e.g. a website with example questions)? It's a long time since ground school so need to brush the rust off...

You were right - they only asked "competency" questions e.g. tell us about a time when.... No technical questions or ones about their partner airlines (fleet, routes, etc). Thanks lots for your help!

Hi Diamond, Hi All,
CTC recently opened the AQC to any CPLIR owner to give a chance to enter the 'pool'.
Any recent feedback regarding the assessment day is welcome ? I found only 'competence/behavioural interview' no technical question no sim etc...
Any recent experience to confirm the Flexicrew ATP assessment day ?

I heard that the pool is currently kind of empty... So everyones who have chosen this course seem to be hired by one of the airline partnership, even the ones who did the modular AQC program.

As everydays currently i am thinking about the best route to me to begin an airline pilot.
I am wondering if the fact to do your CPL/IR/ME in an ATO like Bartolini in Poland could be a ground for refusal at the ATP program with CTC ?
Does anyone did it before ?
Because if not, why spending a huge amount of money in doing your CPL/IR/ME with CTC (modular course) whereas you can do it definitely cheaper with Bartolini ? Then you just integrate CTC for the last part, the ATP and depending on your results, you can easily integrate the pool.
