Flybe MPL FTE Selection

In regards specifically to the Flybe part sponsored MPL scheme run by FTE (not FlybeWings with CTC)

Who's applied? Who has an invite to selection at Exter?

Wednesday for me.

In the email FTE mentioned the possibility of not having to re-do the aptitude tests. I quote: "Please note that in case you have recently taken our aptitude tests, you will only be required to undertake an interview in this phase."

I took the FTE aptitude tests in November 2014 for Aer Lingus. Anybody else get this message?

If it's within 6 months of your last aptitude test with them then they use that so yeah they'll take your results from November. Best of luck

If the next round this coming week is the penultimate stage, what will stage four the final stage entail?

most likely an interview with flybe. Probably more company orientated opposed to the FTE interview which will be more competency based. That's my guess anyway.

The Flybe interview format for all ab-initio recruitment is exactly the same as for direct entry FO. The only difference is going to be the content of the technical interview, which will reflect the lack of flying experience and technical knowledge for untrained pilots.

Lots of information in the forum about the content of the interview.
