looking for pilot job
Hi, it's my first time to come and ask my question here.
Before I ask my question, let me tell my back experience in short.
Since I was a trainee of airline in Japan, I have a type rating of CRJ200 with 250hours, but washed out later. total flight time is about 700hrs.
Since then I am still on the ground and it took already 3years.
Last year I got the license of CFI II MEI of FAA ,but has not come to useful license yet.
I descide myself this year is the dead line for starting flying job.
I do not care about job condition and location to work.
My understanding is that Africa is the one people with low flight time could be pilot easier. I already I have sent my resume to many company in Africa by e-mail, but no response at all.
Do you have any idea which country or company are more easier to be a pilot? And how do I have to take action?
I am happy if I could hear from your different variety of opinion.

I will charge you 50'000$.pay cash or wire transfer, no refund!
you say you don't care about condition, so tha't my conditions.
50'000$ is to clean the toilet only!
nobody on earth will give you a job, you can send tousand of CV, employers received millions of CV every minutes . Why should they give you a job when thousand of pilots say they will work for free or pay to work(P2W).
GET REAL! nobody will pay you as long people pay to work!!!!
NOBODY WILL PAY YOU OR WILL GIVE YOU A JOB!

AvEnthusiast ir right. You have to plan a tour among african countries, knock at each door, talk with the boss and leave him/her your CV, and then some days later go back to them and ask if there's a position for you. This will make you looking at their eyes with a good attitude to fly and learn.

Takataka san, a Japanese friend of mine went to Africa to build hours. You will be surprised at the number of Japanese citizens working in Africa generally. It's home from home.
However, you must go out there yourself to get the job. Check your PM.

yes, thats the best you can get nowadays. go directly to see the companies, you may be hired on the spot, especially in africa but be ready to come back home, immigration have increase their requirement like 1000-2000h TT.

I have spoken to many people about that crucial first flying job and I'm getting mixed reports, some are saying Africa, some are saying CFI in Asia.

^ Take a look at this list of options for a pilot a look a little closer to home before taking the leap, in a country like the UK I'm pretty much forced to go east for my first job due to the sheer number of unemployed pilots in the European Union but I understand that there are a lot less pilots in Japan, maybe you could try hunting for these jobs first?
Also, It may not be financially lucrative, but try a local aero club for CFI hours, you may not get paid but you will get CFI experience
