Good evening to you all.
Have just found a post on a Spanish Pilot Forum by a gentleman who apparently completed training with Jetbird.
I include a direct copy of his original post with a translation.

JETBIRD ha quebrado en Irlanda

Malas noticias. Otra iniciativa cancelada.
Slds

JETBIRD has gone bust in Ireland.

Bad News. Another failed initiative. Jetbird has been left without its aircraft in the Brazilian factory (Embraer Phenom 100) the employees of JB won´t receive payment, I include myself, for lack of funding, and the 4 Emb 500 are being reconfigured for the American market.
I was on the Captains course for them in Dallas last October. I believe that I am the first and only Spaniard with this type rating, although that´s not much use to me now.
Regards.

This post can be found on the Spanish forum site. extracrew.com

Sorry for those who had such high expectations.
We all hope for better times.

Also published somewhere today:

Embraer is renegotiating its contract with JetBird after the European air-taxi startup encountered financing difficulties that resulted in a third delay in initial deliveries of 59 Phenom 100s. “The JetBird deliveries did not start yet and Embraer is currently negotiating a new agreement that will allow the deliveries to start as soon as possible,” said the Brazilian airframer’s director of contracts, Sergio Ricardo Borges Frias, following last week’s confirmation by JetBird that it might have to lay off at least 10 percent of its 40 staff.
