Why do you want to work for this airline?!?!?!?
Why do you want to work for Ryanair?!?!?!?!?!
Could somebody please answer this question for me as it comes up time and time again
i have an interview with Ryanair coming up so ideas about all the good things about ryanair that can be mentioned would be appreciated.

Well, why DO you want to work for Ryanair? Answer that honestly then sift through your answers to see which are a good idea to bring out in the interview.
I don't understand how someone can struggle to answer this? You have to strike a balance between saying what they want to hear and being honest - I'd aim to tip the balance towards the honest side. So your response to the question should be a personal one - which no one on these forums can help you with.
I'm not applying to RYN so haven't done any research (which I assume you have) but, off-the-top-of-my-head, you might want to mention the fact that you'll get to fly very new, modern aircraft, you work best under some pressure and think you would relish 4 sector days, you'll be rostered lots of hours so will gain experience quickly, you'll have a stable roster and will be able to plan your life around work, time to command is relatively short, there's the option to be based all around Europe, blah, blah.
There's loads of stuff you can spout out!

Because its a job.... it pays you money which you can live on.... and pay your debts.... there are not many jobs around at the moment.... why do people still think they can be picky in this market??!? The mind boggles.

It may be a MOL style answer but wouldn't get you very far.

You'll get to fly very modern machines, build hours very quickly and unfreeze your atpl. I dont know about the money as it varies on what contract you are on. I was asked if i knew who the chairman was and i said mol. They asked how i knew him and i replied that i've read about him a lot in the papers. I guess they figured out i've read bad things and still wanted to come and work there needledd to say didn't get the job but my sim session went well.
Have a better job now so no complaints.

I take home £2k per month more than I did at my last company. Brand new aircraft. Friendly crews. From STN a huge variety of routes. I'm in the company pension scheme, I have private health cover (not free). I have hours coming out of my ears. Stable roster. Only been extended once in 18 months. Great opportunities for command/training etc. I even met MOL in DUB on my first visit there and he bothered to spend several minutes talking to me. Through good/lucky timing I didn't even have to pay for the TR even though no previous 737 experience.
I'm sure there are other companies with better T&Cs, better pensions etc but who is hiring ?
I guess the easiest way to look at a job with Ryanair is to draw up a detailed list of all the other companies that are hiring, compare the packages on offer and then select which one most suits your needs.

Just tell them:
" I like to pay for working (at least at the begining), I am young and motivated, O'leary needs to make more money and I'd be delighted to help him. Oh and I have a great body, if you need any model for calendar I'd be volunteer too..."

Thank you all so much for your feedback. I've done quite a bit of research about the company but just couldn't put it in simple words. Your ideas and wording has made my life a bit easier.
somebody asked the current number of fleet ryanair have. When i got the call from ryanair inviting me to the interview mid november, he told me himself they have 150 aircraft.

i think its a safe bet to say a 160 aircraft. Even though Boeing has sold ryanair 180 or so aircraft not all of them have been delivered, so the current fleet is around 160 or so.
