Interviews, jobs & sponsorship Do ya feel lucky, Punk? Well do ya? If so, here's the place to swap the hot gen on who's sponsoring or employing, their selection criteria, and where those oh so elusive first jobs can be spotted in the wild. Watch out for the tumbleweeds...

CAE / IndiGo

Hi,

One have to remember that CAE is a TRTO ! Their main goal is to sell TR (and line training whenever possible). Only a few applicants (those with experience) will hopefully have TR paid by a company.

The CAE assessment isn't a company selection. The matter is to put successful candidates in a pool of pilots suitable to be assessed by companies that CAE works with. It's only after a second sel (company sel) that the applicants will get the opportunity to pay for their TR and line training... with CAE obviously.

Don't think of it as a reward. You will be assessed only because you pay for it and they make money out of that !

David / That the way it works, though
