does anyone know any good websites for revising airline numeracy questions, ie time/distance/speed, fuel burn, descending at certain speeds etc...

Have a look at Navigation subject for PPL. A lot of numeracy questions you can get from it. Search at google.

A couple pointers: not necessarily for the PPL but just general maths brush-ups:

Speed Maths by Bill Handley (about a fiver on Amazon)
Numerapt software (www.cockpitweb.com)
Mental Math for Pilots by Ronald D. McElroy (£13 on Amazon)
