What are they paying these days? Is it still as dire as before (paying for almost everything, no food, contracted rather than employed?)

You guys will be forced to become limited company directors in Ireland, will be based where they need you and will find yourselves liable to pay social security in the country where they put you, you will receive no guidelines at all about tax and social security laws in the various countries where you will be based.
You will be personally liable for any tax/SI scam since you will also be the directors of your own company.

The risk if finding yourselves with a big training loan to re-pay and the tax men chasing you.
In many EU countries tax and SI fraud is a criminal offence punishable with jail time.....be careful.

Due to a massive overcrew (it's not a cost for Ryanair but just an income from the t.r. ) especially in the winter, be prepared that first officers are currently flying few hours. That means you will not receive enough money to self sustain your life were Ryanair will base you, especially for the first 500 hrs . (at the moment can takes till 14 months )
Be careful; the condition are very bad . No sickness , no pension, no rights, no taxes,no food, and now .... no money.
At the moment it doesn't work .

Application waithing time?

To MATT 83.....

Hi,

Would you mind telling how long did you wait from applying to hearing from Ryanair?

Also did they call you with the date or just email you?

Anyone else had the same experience and would like to comment please?

Thanks.

Jimmy.
