Interviews, jobs & sponsorship Do ya feel lucky, Punk? Well do ya? If so, here's the place to swap the hot gen on who's sponsoring or employing, their selection criteria, and where those oh so elusive first jobs can be spotted in the wild. Watch out for the tumbleweeds...

Minimum Requirements for GSS F/O

3000TT with 500 Multi Turbine

However, the company is snowed under with applications from high time crew. Infact the most recently hired F.O's are ex DBA 737 Captains who seem to think this is a good career move.

The fourth aircraft is very unlikely to arrive before 2005 (if then)so recuitment of F/O's will only happen if current crew leave to go to Virgin etc. This is very possible as there are no longer promotion prospects to Captain as a result of the BA secondment "deal"

Six months ago it was a great place to work. Now......................

Two points:

1) GSS are not interested in low-hour fATPLs who have recently obtained their licence, so this topic is inappropriate in Wannabes/Interviews Jobs & Sponsorships.

2) The argument about BA pilots taking GSS commands is going on quite successfully elsewhere on PPRuNe; it is not needed (or appropriate) here.
