Toulouse Blagnac

Veuillez excuser mon Français traduit d'ordinateur.

Please excuse my computer translated French.
Can anybody tell me the status of the GAT - Blagnac 1 for General Aviation? Last time I was there, there were no staff behind the desk. The AIP TXT 02 page says one has to fax 3 hours ahead for "Assistance Commerciale"
