Is there anyone here who has a link to find the latest amendment for subpart Q which has the night freight variation and has the official text from the authorities??
Never heard about this.The rules are JAR, soon EASA, no "variation" 11 hours duty max. When more than 2 hours in WOCL, for max 2 sectors. Then 30 min. Less each extra sector. No extension possible if more than 2 sectors.
Hi JIC, usually any variations to the rules will be applied for by your company to the Authority of country of registration. If granted they will usually have some caveats attached, some quid pro quo as it were.
