anyone know what to expect from V-Berd Avia - T&Cs, roster, general working conditions?

Bl**dy hell - resounding silence! Seems like everyone here's steered well clear of them by the looks of it? Think the managment also run a related operator out of SHJ, South Airlines - anyone had any good/bad experiances with them?
