Freight Dogs Finally a forum for those midnight prowler types who utilise the unglamorous parts of airports that many of us never get to see. Freight Dogs is for pilots and crew who operate mostly without SLF.

Thumbs up Limited response is normal

You will find that NL will no longer be thinking of OZ, its business or its staff. Perhaps you will not receive another reply to any comments.

Do look up NL and his previous companies via web, their reasons for failure, the staff payouts etc.

If you believe the boss of Heavylift - OZ is genuine with his web responses and you expect a good resolve then you must believe that the Tooth Fairy actually does exist.

It appears an absolute joke that some companies can just continue to operate.

Persons owed monies should consolidate and look for a helpful solicitor who may be assist with possibilities of placing a lien over the companies aircraft for unpaid salaries. Or perhaps a caveat over the company office, or residential property purchased by the company for any company office bearer.

Like many others I look forward to the end of predatory operators.

Good luck

Bundy, a lien over airplanes is common enough and not hard to organise with the right legal eagles doing the work. But those old birds are now just so much scrap. Leaving them parked anywhere except the desert will cost more than what coud be realised in a sale. I believe that all the Ozzie registered ones have had their certificates pulled by CASA because of airworthiness issues. So now they can't be moved anywhere except on the back of a truck. Even that will cost because someone has to pull the wings etc. The Perth Airport Fire Dept should have plenty of old carcasses to practise on.

It must be Q & A for CASA

Whats happening.

CASA should now be really jumping forward and getting out of their restructuring issues. Have your numerous Inspectors pay a visit on the owners of the following aircraft and with respect please check the Manual Suite, Aircraft Log Records and Crew Certification and Limitations.

RP-C8016, 9L-LEK..in Cairns, QLD, no fly since 2006.
RP-C8020, 9L-LDQ in Cairns, QLD, no fly since January 2009
RP-C8017, 9L-LFJ last in Brisbane
RP-C8019, N76753 last in Brisbane

VH-VLH now reported on web as N727HL
VH-OZD -same- N731HL
VH-OZX -same- N737HL
VH-OZU -same- N733HL
VH-OBN -same- N732HV

These above five aircraft apparently have been allocated "N" series registrations. Did the authority check all records and were all test flown prior to registration issue.

In total we have nine aircraft and possibly two have flown in the past months. All flights must be recorded and the authorities can pull the flight plans.

No paper, no flight, no check = no rego.

Must advise the papers!
