Training Ban !!
October roster shows an STC upgrade course for 4 TC's all Airbus and all AOA members.
Go figure.
What is the roster code to search for? Thanks. Another 4 clowns and their families who will never get a Jump seat from me.

To my colleagues who have just accepted STC upgrade: What part of 'morally indefensible' in this action are you missing? At a time when the company is threatening us like never before, you go and slap the faces of your 3000+ colleagues in such a shameless way. Disgusting and disgraceful. Please, never request a js from me or any other captain. I am certain it will prove futile. You will reap what you sow. And further, I await confirmation from the AOA that their membership has been canceled. In their cases, i'm sure they will be happy as they get to save on their subs as well.

Pull the other one. DS and the GC are CX sympathisers, so I doubt anything more than than an email and a slap on wrist will be given.

More geniuses training their much cheaper replacements, in the face of a TB no less. Just wow! Name and shame HKAOA... Guys should book off when rostered to fly with them. The JS is a no brainer. Just say NO!

The next question I have is this: who will be the trainers and checkers assisting these cretins towards STC status? You too will be on my banned js list. Good grief everyone, when is enough enough? How can ANY of us be taking a training upgrade at this point in history? I will confront any of you when I see you in dispatch, in town or downroute. This make me sick.

CX would surely benefit from one aircraft type.

Of course, with this group they would screw that up as well.

Is this definitely true??! This
makes me sick to my core.... if you know these scumbags it is your duty to tell them what a big mistake they're making. This is all too stressful, think I need a couple of weeks off....

Now, here's a strategy..if the Checkers and trainers aren't stepping up to the plate, so to speak, then why don't the line guys pull a day of "illness" at PC time..that puts them straight in the firing line with the trainers who are being asked to resign and strangles the system in a similar way.. grow similar balls??

Could be a windup, can't find proof.
If true, screenshot or code available?

Absolute total utter BS. Trainers are doing a job they volunteered for! Has any trainer who recently resigned from training suffered any repercussions? Resigning from training is not the same as calling in sick for a duty that will just be re rostered, then what? call in sick again, then again....

Everyone harps on about directors not leading from the top, not cutting their pay and benefits or even reducing the numbers of overpaid bean counters. We should lead from the top also, f£$*%ing resign from training, have an easier life, whats the worst that can happen? Become a line CN not able to give back to the profession
