Are KA trainers scabs if the do CX work?

Cathay Dragon trainers will be conducting all CX SO training on the KA A330. And some JFO upgrades. This is really going to screw over the work to rule accross the road. And rightly so. The KA trainers had a recent meeting and nobody resigned from the training department in protest. No one . Perhaps these guys stand to loose their forthcoming staff travel upgrades at the cost of the CX twerps who let it happen.

So with the policy now officially sanctioned , it will be interesting what excuses the trainers come up with for not standing by their recent rhetoric of not to carry out the wishes of their CX masters. Remember the bravado , blah blah i will resign and the airline needs me . Yeah right .

Ironically, some of the senior trainers on the KaA330 were formerly Ex dispute guys . How the worm turns ... Lol

Scabs cross picket lines to take the jobs of striking workers. Until YOU are prepared to walk off YOUR job in the fight for better conditions, you have no right to call someone a scab because he's doing a job you'd PREFER him not to do, but have taken no personal risk to stop him from doing that job.
