Working in Hong Kong / HAECO?

Hello:

I am a fresh grad from aircraft maintenance program in Canada. Wondering about the working conditions working in Hong Kong (and particularly HAECO). I speak Cantonese and Mandarin but lived in the western world from the last 20 years plus. I am quite concern adapting to the Hong Kong working environment if I make a move to Hong Kong. So, how does it like working in HAECO? Greatly appreciate any comment.
