If he got tangled up in the "gantry" they are really lucky.
Low stratus in a thin layer not visible from the ground as the sun was JUST up nearly got me on morning, hazy with the runway visible until 300 ft, glare, fog ad a glimpse of the runway as the wheels hit, scared I was, all a bit quick to get a go-around sorted, nearly was too close.
My training Capt. was speechless as it got him as well, you could see the runway quite well until the 50ft thick layer of "fog/stratus???" took it all away.
When we rolled out there was a deep silence in the cockpit. All is well but Scary it was.

Accident: Asiana A320 at Hiroshima on Apr 14th 2015, touched down short of runway
Smells a lot like OZ214 @ San Fran. Learning curve has flatlined over there. They keep getting away with this due to the low fatality count. One day they won't be so lucky.
Note to self. Do not book with KE or OZ. Ever.

You don't!
i would have thought Cap'n Sum Ting Wong, along with Wi Tu Lo, Ho lee Fuk and their mate Bang Ding Ow were sacked after the previous fine display of airmanship in SFO.
Perhaps not, just red carded and their time in the penalty box is up, and they're back on the ice rink.
