What Are The Implications of IConnect Plus?
I see that remote access is only via IConnect Plus now ..... even though the 'retirement notice' for IConnect managed to get the names wrong. I'm a bit concerned about installing Company software onto my computer (Mac), is this going to allow CX to snoop on me? I'm asked to confirm my Mac is 'virus free' ...... how does one know?

i think there was a notice about the retirement of iconnect and the migration of remote access will be changed to "remote dot (the rest same as old one)"
and it works fine so far...

and there is no software to install either. As said above, it's simply a different link.
I think the only time you need to install software is if using the iOS/Android/CX Apps and so need to install something called "AirWatch".
CX say that even though during the setup it states that CX can use/see/monitor/remote wipe your device (this is a Apple generated warning) they don't do it. Would you trust them though?
