Airbus to 777 out of seniority
Just wondering how someone who joined in 2007 managed to get from the Airbus to the 777? Do they ever take into account personal circumstances or should it be in strict seniority? Seems the only ones moving across at the moment are 2002/3 vintage.

The officer in question filed a grievance over freighter officers junior to him transferring to the passenger fleet in LAX/SFO without having a passenger base bid. He didn't have to wait 6 months to commence the base either, as it was the company that stuffed it up.
