Cebu Pacific has just had a open day in Manila, where foreigners were welcome. Like the above post suggest, Air Macau, Hk Airlines, , plus Hk express, Tiger Singapore, Vietjet ( very under crewed ). I would suggest you get yourself current on the bus, and make plan to hand deliver your cv to as many operators of 320 as possible. I know of one guy who did this at Air macau recently and scored a interview. He who dares wins.
