The annual report is for the year ended 31 December 2013.

Read the footnote after the bonus figures:

(b) Bonus is related to services for 2012 and was paid in 2013.

So we need to look at the 2014 annual report to see what bonus they got for their services for 2013 compared to our measly $2000.

For RH about 3%.

Salary in 2011 1,823
Salary in 2013 1,880

Looks like his salary in 2010 was about 1,800 as well (he got 733 from some date in August until end of the year)

For JS about 11%

2008 - 3,812
2013 - 4,228

In terms of average annual salary increases: about 1.5% for RH, and 2% for JS

Did you take into consideration the increase in staff number during the same period?

Dear Tony,

That pretty well sums it up perfectly, Management treat us , the aircrew , with disdain and will continue to do so because we have allowed them to.

It's similar to the battered wife who convinces herself that she must be in the wrong and things will get better if she tries just a bit harder. Please don't flame me , its an analogy not a commentary on battered women .

Until we grow a backbone and push back really hard. Until we make our presence felt, until we make it hurt, the current disregard for the crew will continue.
A manager once said many years ago that the cuts would continue until we pushed back. Well clearly we haven't pushed back yet

I don't care if management award themselves a pay rise providing and this is important everyone gets the same percentage increase . I would be happy with a 34 to 135% increase in pay . Obviously the latter figure would make me happier .

Well said joblow,

Only thing I can add is that we have tried pushing back a few months ago but the AOA thought differently.

Now if the AOA listen to us, then maybe we could show a little backbone and stop this rot.

I hate to rain on your parade but a minimum wage of €1500 per month It's not really up there is it?
Now if they gave each employee a Ferrari car then I would be impressed
