iJourney
It seems to be live but wants a user ID and password. I've tried both PeopleCX ID and GalaCXy ID but neither works. Any ideas or have I been sacked? What are we meant to use?

works now without any id.. just straight from page..
Booked an FOC.. seems to be stable..
SADLY.. the muppets didn't tell us we were losing 90% of agreements.. at least in short term, where we could have ordered paper tickets.. I'm livid right now, ANY Canadian travel is now impossible, and anything but AA to US is out too.
And if you're from NZ.. we'll.. you're f*cked too..

And this is the best they could do?
After YEARS of planning they come up with a system that is quite difficult to navigate and only has a few airlines in it?
I am sure there will be improvements but this is embarrassing for now.

Silber I read somewhere that if you've got a e-ticket from ijourney it is self listing. In other words you do not need to list.
How you list using a green ticket before they go at the end of March seems impossible, I guess you have to turn up two hours before.

Seriously, is this the best CX can do???
Can't find any information as to other staff listed or anything. Just the old Green / Red smiley face to advise "probability".
We can all guess the accuracy of that
Looks like staff travel just became a whole lot harder than it already was.

TSIMBIET.
It asked that for me some hrs ago.. now iJourney logs me in right from tab.
Perhaps its doing the Galaxy ID's alphabetically or some sh*t. Give it till tomorrow... Like I said it did work.. so long as you want to fly Cathay , Dragon, or amazingly enough Siberian Airways.. (don't try Qantas, Air NZ or Air Canada.. Cannot)

Just give it some time
Come on people.
The complete transition is a whole weekend project, perhaps longer. Some data may be transferred automatically and others will require a manual input. (such as interline agreement information, etc?). It is also not very difficult to imagine, that the staff-travel part of the transition project will take a back-seat to the customer front end...
We all are complaining about the shortsightedness and ignorance of non-aviators, but the above posts are just another point in case, that we are not any different.
This "it's all about me" attitude is really not helping anyone. Sad.

Happy to give it some time but I'm not holding my breath.

Frogman - you must be VETA HKG. An email was sent on Friday night to saying all VETA employees - even in HKG must use paypal. Thanks for the great notice period! No more direct debit.
looking at the upside - at least you get credit card points for using CX staff travel if you pay by credit card through paypal.
Listing - I understand if you use "iFlystaff" the tickets are "Flown" but you have to list with the airline (e.g. BA listing site) except CX/KA where you list on iJourney.
If you use "My ID Travel" you are dealing directly with the airline, pay by card and list all in one go. Incidentally I think you wait 4-6 weeks for refund if not used.
I think iFlystaff vs. MyIDTravel is a VHS vs. Betamax type thing. One will eventully dominate.
It does seem we have lost the ability to see DOJ/priority of other staff travellers - hopefully only temporarily

Online checkin for Staff Zoned tickets doesn't work at the moment.
The system can't seem to find my e-ticket.
Hopefully it'll get fixed in the next day or so, but is frustrating at the moment.

On MyIDtravel... I can pull up schedules, but when I select a flight to purchase, I keep getting error message "Unknown communication error"
Anyone else getting this error? Anybody know how to fix it?
Edit: Only get this error for a Delta flight, Jetblue works fine.
