larrikan larry Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: HK Posts: 50	6.5% pay rise Yep, 6.5% Just do about 13% less work and that should equal about a 6.5% payrise factoring CPI etc. So, you ask, how do I do 13% less work. Go si(k, whatever. Definitely don't work on days off. Apply the pressure.
