JFO's getting 2 weeks leave assigned during training?

Are the 777 JFO's upgrading now getting assigned 2 weeks leave during training for lack of trainers or is there another reason any one has heard?

also most (all the ones I know) DEFO 747 guys, about to go home for a few weeks between sims and line training.
