Commuting at CX

Can anyone please tell me what the commuting policy is at CX? I understand you still need to purchase the equivalent of ID90's to ride the jumpseat, but who has priority? Can you ride in a Flight Attendant jump in the cockpit jump is full? Is there anything in the Crew Policy Manuals that outline managements position? What if a commute goes bad and you can't get to HK on time? What's the extent of management's wrath? If you are legimately sick, how much time prior to show time is required to call in sick? Are there a lot of commuters there? Thanks for the help.
