DEFO US or AUS

Hey guys,

I am new to the forum. Just wondering if anyone knows the criteria that gets you based in the US or Australia. I am also legal to work in both, thinking about converting my licenses to Aus. Will they just put you where they need you, or is there criteria that will get you preference to either (if you dont get HK SO)?
