Hello folks,
I have two CX pilots speaking with HR about my credentials (one junior and one senior pilot), how much weight does this carry for a possible interview? Any status to SO hiring from North America? Thank you!

guess is carries a bit, not a lot though. Its good that they will have heard of you before hand. But guess in the end of the day, they're not interested in what people say about you but more whether what they (CX) think about you in the actual interview etc..
would say its generally a postive thing having a small intro from internal employees such as this...
