DEFO in AUS or NZ

I have looked around a little and most of the DEFO info seems to geared specifically towards U.S. freight. To any in the know, what are the latest competitive times for direct entry FO. I have about 5500 Total with about three thousand in the right seat of an RJ, and a little over 100 PIC in a CJ3. I meet the mins but lack any big jet PIC. I would consider SO but not too keen on moving the little ones to HK. I am legal to work in the U.S. Australia or New Zealand. Is one place easier than the other to get an FO slot, or am I dreaming.

Thanks,
