English exam

Hey Woldo,

I suppose that the English exam is more or less the same in all cases, but mine was:

- The first part with some phrasal verbs (just to check if you know the meaning)
- The second part with some listenings of different situations (to describe what was happening)
- Third part with a picture, also to describe it

I canīt remember more now, I hope this can help you!

Good luck!

hi canadairjet,
thank you very much for your reply. I heard they ask some vocabularies. Do you remember some?
Regards Woldo

The test they use is as far as I know the same as the new ICAO english proficiency tests all pilots must now pass.

I don't think CX will have an issue if your english isn't brilliant. I think what they dislike more is a very heavy accent.
