I don't work for them but know a lot of folk that do and can't praise then high enough.

It seems to run like a big family from the boss downwards.

Well.....Titan do a lot of work for us, bmi and baby, and I always
find them a pleasure to deal with. Very professional.
I reckon you'll do a lot worse, elsewhere !!
Good luck.

Cool

Hi Trolley Dolly!
I worked for Titan for a year before I had to move back up north and they were the best I've ever worked for! Follow what VP8 says and do a search for 'Titan Airways' on the Pprune search engine and you'll find stacks of stuff!

The management and staff all muck in together and they get around! I've seen their aircraft all over the place on the VIP charter runs. The team is fantastic and it's still small enough to possess that 'big family' feel so you'll have lot's of fun. I really, bitterly regret leaving but I missed my family too much.
Go for it, what have you got to lose?

Titan

All I know is that they have done loads of rescue flights for GB Airways, especially during the busy summer period...

who would want to slate Titan???

I know a lot of people who work for Titan - and it is a good airline.

What other airline provides ALL the perks? And values its staff?

If you can't hack being on standby then you need not apply - but didn't you look into that?

I lived with a girl last summer who was on a seasonal contract at Titan. From my observations they seemed a very friendly company to work from but as previously mentioned a lot of standbys. I think once she was on standby for over 2 weeks. Anyway from what i heard they seemed very proffesional. Good luck with the interview.

Titan op various flights on our behalf ad-hoc and also having used to recruit for them I cannot praise their crew highly enough. They have to adapt to each individual airlines service without much notice or any guidance and do very well. Considering the hours they op and brief they get they do brilliantly.
