Calling all ex-Lynx pilots for documentary

Hello,
We're making a documentary about the Lynx helicopter and in particular its safety record for ITV Westcountry. We are looking to hear from ex-Lynx pilots/crew/engineers who have both good, bad and indifferent opinions of the aircraft to help us make a balanced film. If you enjoyed flying the helicopter or think it should be quickly replaced we would be pleased to hear from you. If you can help please call Ray on 07771710339/ 01935 410566 or mail me.

I'm sure some of us might be willing to contribute, but I'd be interested to see how they find a balance between the
good, bad and indifferent opinions
that this post might elicit.

More Westland-bashing, perhaps?

I expect Westlands are sponsoring the programme if RAYITV's location is anything to go by.
Great helicopter to fly but not big enough for SH and poor weapon systems for anti-tank - pretty good for ship-borne stuff though by all accounts.

I've PM'd Ray, to give him my (positive) opinions on the AH variants I've worked with. I'll admit to a certain interest in the outcome.

Best Anti-Tank version of an Anti-Submarine helicopter I ever flew...

2000 hours of fun...

Cracking little campervan, indeed, although Ian's snoring did drive me outside when the weather was fine enough.

Rest easy, Ian.
