As a segue to start....
my short 3 years in the airline indusrty has found me persuing a career as a corporate pilot. The adversarial nature of the airline business doesnt really suit me; unions, suffocating corporate hierachies etc.......
If only NetJets, Flight Options, Flex Jet Citation Shares etc were in OZ I would leave the airlines in a heartbeat!
Would love to hear the perspectives of those that have actually made the switch from airline to corporate...Or who are thinking of making the switch!
Anyway...my question.
Anyone know of the hiring practices of Pearl Aviation and Pel Air in OZ? what kind of experience/type ratings etc they typically hire with?
