Anyone knows about what the recuirement are, or were I can find out. I belive it use to be that you diden't need one if you landed on a rwy witch had jepp plates issued. The ruomer is that that's out and now you need one if you land at a place that is not served with a foreign schedule carrier.

I don't know but I belive this is the best place to ask that question (correct me if I'm wrong)

I suggest you contact FERAS based in VNO Moscow. They are able to supply navigators. They are part of the Universal handlers organisation, so try their web site.
Lastly FERAS give excellent service, and are a nice bunch of people.
Based with them for over one year, and never a problem, come freezing snow or freezing rain....

Hi guys.
You also need a Navigator, if you land on small airports where the controller only speaks russian.
Feras is a great help to get a navigator.
